About Hollywood Movers
We are a local moving team based in Hollywood, FL. Our work is moving our neighbors — across town, onto the beach, or to a nearby Broward city — with care and clear communication.
Who we are
Hollywood Movers is a local moving company working out of 2717 Van Buren St in Hollywood, Florida. We move homes, condos and small offices in Hollywood and the Broward cities around it, and nothing farther.
Staying close to home lets us learn the details that make a move go well: which beach buildings want insurance paperwork days in advance, where a truck can park in Hollywood Lakes, and which communities out west set strict move hours.
We answer the phone from 8 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, and we are happy to talk through your move even if you are only starting to plan.
How we work
Every move follows the same simple path, from the first question to the last box.
1. Your quote
You tell us about your home, both addresses and any stairs, elevators or large pieces. We ask a few questions and send a written estimate so you can plan your budget.
2. Planning
Once you book, we note building rules, parking, gate access and any packing or storage you added. If your condo needs a certificate of insurance, we request it early.
3. The day before
We call or text to confirm your arrival window, crew size and any last changes. If something has shifted on your side, this is the moment to tell us.
4. Moving day
The crew walks through with you, protects floors and doorways, wraps furniture and loads room by room. At the new home, we place each piece where you want it and rebuild what we took apart.
5. Final walkthrough
Before we leave, the crew lead walks the home with you, checks that every room is set up and answers any questions.
What we focus on
We only do local moves, and we don't take heavy-industrial jobs. Keeping our focus narrow is how we keep our work careful. Most of our days are spent on:
- Beach condos: Towers and low-rises on Hollywood Beach and nearby coastal cities, with elevator bookings, insurance paperwork and careful lobby protection.
- Family homes: Houses in Hollywood Lakes, Emerald Hills, Driftwood and the western neighborhoods, from small bungalows to two-story homes.
- Offices: Small offices and shops that need to move with as little downtime as possible.
- Packing: Full or partial packing, with fresh materials and clear labels.
- Storage: A place to keep your belongings when moving dates don't line up.
